Refunds

If you are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a refund of the Price Paid. You must inform Pyrexcel in writing and return the Products to us immediately in the same condition you received them, at your own cost and risk.

If a customer wishes to return Products not covered by clause 6.1 then such Products will be accepted at the discretion of Pyrexcel. The customer must obtain a RMA number from Pyrexcel and quote this when returning the goods. The customer will be credited with the current market price.

Our Payments Methods

a) CHEQUE/CASH All cheques must be made payable to: Pyrexcel LTD. Cheques/bankers drafts from a personal, business or building society account are acceptable. Cash payments must always be in sterling. Other notes and coins, including Manx and Channel Islands, cannot be accepted.

b) CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS The following cards can be accepted in payment in payment of fees. Visa, Access/MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Electron, JCB..

c) BY INSTALMENTS Instalment contracts will be available to clients whose project with us is likely to cost over of 1000 GBP. Payment may be made by direct debit or by credit card/debit card.
